Our teams are always busy with new tennis court construction, basketball court construction, pickleball court construction and other outdoor game courts for our clients. We are so busy working that we rarely have time to stop and take pictures, let alone videos.
We recently were under a tight deadline to complete four tennis courts for Azusa Pacific University. We thought this would be a good time to shoot a time-lapse video. Notice how many skilled men and the specialized equipment it takes just to pour the concrete for a tennis court. This does not show the time to prepare the ground and lay the rebar. Nor does it show all the finish work; painting the surface with the texture requested by the client to produce the desired speed of the ball off the court surface. It does not include the installation of the nets and fencing, lighting etc.
Beyond building new game courts we have five full-time crews working long hours resurfacing courts to keep our client’s courts in peak condition.
